Payment Policy
The shipped products are non-refundable.
Please note that we require payments prior to shipment. We do not accept cheques or bank transfers; we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Refund Policy
Please note that we can’t offer refunds on El Roble Publishing products. If any products are damaged during transport, simply send them back to us, and we will replace them. Before doing so, send an email to support[at]elroblepublishing.com to get an exchange coupon code and the address to send the product back to El Roble Publishing.
Zero Tolerance Policy
At El Roble Publishing, all of our clients are treated with respect and courtesy. The same applies to our staff. We do not tolerate any abuse, and you will be asked to vacate the premises for rude and/or obnoxious behavior.
Complaints Procedure
If you are not entirely satisfied, you can put your concerns in writing and contact our support team. They will do their best to resolve any complaints in a courteous manner.
